Pricing policy in the enterprise

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce Cenová politika v podniku je popis a analýza cenové politiky v podniku ŽDB GROUP a.s., konkrétně v závodu Viadrus. Tato práce se dělí na dvě části. První část je částí teoretickou, která obsahuje teoretické přístupy a východiska pro vypracování části praktické. V praktické části je provedena analýza postupů využívaných v reálném podniku při stanovování cen a jejich úpravách a jsou identifikovány možné problémové oblasti.

Abstract:

The goal of the diploma thesis Pricing policy in the enterprise is the description and analysis of the pricing policy in the company ŽDB GROUP a.s., concretely in the plant Viadrus. This thesis is divided into two parts. The first one is the theoretical part, which contains theoretical approaches and solutions for the build-up of the practical part. In the practical part there is carried out the analysis of the procedures used in the real company while setting and editing the prices and there are identified possible problem areas.
