Abstract:
Náplní předkládané bakalářské práce by mělo být zhodnocení dnes známých epigenetických regulačních mechanismů v průběhu fyziologické hematopoetické diferenciace. Práce bude obsahovat novodobé poznatky a popis fetální a adultní hematopoézy a faktory zodpovědné za regulaci hematopoetické diferenciace. Abstract:
The aim of the submitted thesis is to review the currently known epigenetic regulatory mechanisms during physiological hematopoietic differentiation. The thesis contain the recent knowledge of fetal and adult hematopoiesis and epigenetic mechanisms responsible for determining the path of differentiation of blood cells in the bone marrow.
