Bachelor thesis deals with analysis of prospects to finance housing needs of individuals in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The aim of the thesis is to introduce particular products and their expediency in both countries. The first part is focused on building saving, the second on State housing development system. Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá analýzou možností financovia bytových potrieb fyzických osôb v Českej Republike a na Slovensku. Cieľom práce je predstaviť jednotlivé produkty a ich výhodnosť v obidvoch krajinách. Prvá časť je zameraná na stavebné sporenie, druhá na systém štátneho fondu rozvoja bývania.
