Abstract:
Diplomová práce řeší problematiku zadržovací a odváděcí techniky v PKB a její využití v zadržovacím procesu. V úvodních kapitolách jsou diskutovány společenské a právní prostředí problematiky zadržení. Poté následuje kapitola o zadržovacích a odváděcích prostředcích, komunikaci se zadržovaným a komunikaci s PČR. V další kapitole je zhodnocen provedený veřejný průzkum. This Master thesis solves problems of arresting and directing technique in PKB and their usage in arresting process. In first two chapters are discussed social and juridical backgrounds in problems of arresting.
