Termination of Employment Relationship and Outplacement
Abstract:
Text závěrečné bakalářské práce se zaměřuje na ukončení pracovněprávního procesu se zaměstnanci a následnou podporu ze strany zaměstnavatelů, která se odborným termínem označuje jako outplacement. Dále byly v práci rozebrány a definovány základní i související pojmy z dané problematiky. Výsledky dotazníkové šetření posloužily k zjištění, jaké preference by lidé uvítali při propouštění.
Abstract:
The text of the final bachelor's thesis focuses on the completion of the labor law process with employees and subsequent support from employers, which is referred to as an outplacement. Furthermore, the work analyzed and defined the basic and related concepts of the issue. The results of the questionnaire survey served to find out what preferences people would welcome when fired.
