Content strategy of Centrum Eden

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na zpracování obsahové strategie zábavního areálu Centra Eden, jelikož právě obsahová strategie je důležitá pro získání klientely, která je v této sekci služeb zcela zásadní. Obsahovou strategii lze obecně vypracovat na základě dat ze sociálních sítí, či informačních médií, přičemž právě analýzou těchto dat se můžeme zaměřit na cílenou skupinu obyvatelstva, a tedy zvýšit návštěvnost čili v konečném důsledku zvýšit i ziskovost daného subjektu. Právě tato práce se zabývá samotným návrhem obsahové strategie, která zahrnuje cíle, misi podniku, cílové skupiny, formy obsahu nebo finanční analýzy pro zábavní areál centrum Eden, přičemž tato obsahová strategie je vypracována na základě nabytých teoretických znalostí v první části diplomové práce. V teoretické části jsou rozvedeny i pojmy, které mají kontext s marketingem a obsahovou strategií, přičemž jsou zde vysvětleny i strategie vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí podniku.

Abstract:

The thesis focuses on the development of a content strategy for the entertainment complex Eden Centre, as it is the content strategy that is important for attracting a clientele that is essential in this service sector. A content strategy can generally be developed on the basis of data from social networks or information media, and it is by analysing this data that it is possible to target the target population and thus increase attendance and ultimately increase the profitability of the Eden Centre. This thesis deals with the very design of a content strategy, which includes objectives, company mission, target groups, content forms or financial analyses for the recreation Complex Eden Centre, based on the theoretical knowledge gained in the first part of the thesis. The theoretical part also delineates concepts that have a context with marketing and content strategy, explaining strategies for the internal and external environment of the company.
