The Diploma thesis deals with the issue of generational transmission of folk repertoire in the village Březová on Moravian-Slovak border. Attention is focused on collectors of folk songs, repertoire, transcription of these entries, local dialect, artists of folk songs and the question of aesthetic aspect in publishing texts.
