Inclusive Education form the Point of View of Educational Workers at Elementary Schools

Abstract:

Práce se zabývá analýzou názorů a postojů pedagogů základních škol v Brně a okolí na inkluzivní vzdělávání. Je rozdělena na teoretickou a empirickou část. Teoretická část se věnuje školské legislativě a všem účastníkům inkluzivního vzdělávání. Poukazuje také na význam poradenských služeb v současném školství. Empirická část je založena na dotazníkovém šetření kvantitativního charakteru. Dotazníkové šetření přineslo názory pedagogů na inkluzivní vzdělávání a informace o ochotě a míře zájmu pedagogů základních škol, zapojit se do inkluzivního vzdělávání. V závěru jsou shrnuty výsledky výzkumného šetření a navržena doporučení.

Abstract:

This thesis is concerned with the analysis of opinions and attitudes of teachers at elementary schools in Brno and its surrounding towards inclusive education. It is divided into a theoretical part and an empirical part. The theoretical part deals with school legislation and pays attention to all parties involved in the inclusive educational process. It also stresses the importance of counselling services in the current system of education. The empirical part is based on quantitative research performed in the way of questionnaire. The questionnaire survey brought the opinions of educators about inclusive education and information about the willingness and interest of teachers of elementary schools to get involved in this kind of education. The results of the survey and some suggestions are summarized in the conclusion.
