Controlling of working capital in a selected company

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na controlling jako nástroj podnikového řízení. Na vymezení obecného pojmu controlling je navázán teoretický rozbor controllingu pracovního kapitálu. V praktické části je provedena stručná analýza prostředí a finanční analýza společnosti Elitex Nepomuk, a.s., na kterou navazují analýzy jednotlivých složek pracovního kapitálu. Cílem praktické části diplomové práce bylo analyzovat pracovní kapitál a možnosti řízení jeho jednotlivých složek v podniku. Na závěr této práce je provedeno vyhodnocení controllingových aktivit ve společnosti a navržena možná opatření.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis is focused on controlling of working capital as an instrument of business management. The definition of the general concept of controlling is followed by theoretical analysis of working capital. Also, there is a brief environmental assessment and financial analysis of the company Elitex Nepomuk, a.s. performed in the practical part. The aim of the practical part of the thesis was to analyse working capital and possible ways of controlling of the individual components in the company. Finally, the efficiency evaluation of the controlling activities is made with the proposal of the possible improvements.
