Cílem této práce bylo provést srovnávací analýzu voleb prvního a druhého řádu v České republice v roce 2010. Již samotný název práci vymezil časově a zaměřil nás na volby do dolní sněmovny Parlamentu České republiky – volby prvého řádu, poněkud složitější otázkou zůstaly volby druhé řádu, resp. nutnost zúžení na volby do zastupitelstev obcí.
