The Transformation of Civic Syndicates to Associations according to the Civil Code in the Specific Conditions

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na změnu Nového občanského zákoníku, který vyšel v platnost 1. 1. 2014, konkrétně na transformaci občanských sdružení na spolky na příkladu Junáka. Teoretická část se věnuje komparaci starého a nového zákoníku. Další část je již zaměřena na spolek Junák, český skaut z.s., jeho hospodaření a financování. V praktické části je teorie uvedena do praxe. Obsahuje analýzu hospodaření Junáka mezi lety 2011 -- 2013.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis examines the change of the New Civil Code that came into force on 1st of January 2014. It is concentrated on the transformation of civic syndicates to associations especially in the case of Junák. The theoretical part is dedicated to the comparison of the Old and New Civil Code. The association Junák, český skaut z.s., its economy and funding is analyzed in the following chapter. The theory is put into practise in the last section of the thesis. It also contains the analysis of the economy of Junák during the years 2011 and 2013.
