Pfysiotherapy after concervative treatment of proximal humerus fracture

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá fyzioterapií po konzervativně léčené zlomenině proximálního humeru. Zlomenina proximálního humeru snižuje kvalitu života svým průběhem i délkou terapie. Pacient s touto diagnózou je výrazně omezen v běžných denních činnostech, v zaměstnání a v trávení volného času. Práce je rozdělená na část teoretickou (obecná a speciální) a hlavní. V obecné části je popsána anatomie, kineziologii a biomechanika ramenního pletence, příčiny a klinický obraz úrazu, klasifikaci těchto zlomenin a způsob terapie (konzervativní a chirurgický). Ve speciální části jsou popsány obecně fyzioterapeutické metody a postupy, které se užívají při rehabilitaci u této diagnózy. Hlavní část je zaměřena na kazuistiku, a to na popsání vstupního kineziologického rozboru, na jehož základě byl stanoven a realizován krátkodobý RHB plán a výstupního kineziologického rozboru podle kterého byl stanoven dlouhodobý rehabilitační plán.

Abstract:

This bachelor{\crq}s work engages in physiotherapy after conservative treatment of proximal humerus fracture. The fracture of proximal humerus recudes the quality of life both by its progress and duration of the therapy. The patient with this diagnosis is markedly limited in common daily activities, in his job and in the spare time. The work is divided into a part of the theory (universal and special) and the main part. In the universal part there are described: anatomy, kinesiology and biomechanics of shoulder girdle, causes and clinical image of injury, classification this fractures and systém of therapy (conservative and surgical). In a special general physiotherapy metods and procedures are described, which are used for physiotherapy in this diagnosis. The main part is dedicates to the casuistry, namely to discription preliminary kinesiology analysis, on whose basis short-term plan of physiotherapy was set and realized. This main part is also dedicated to the description of the outcoming kinesiology analysis. By this analysis a long-term plan of physiotherapy was set.
