Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá oblastí financování vlastního bydlení na modelu konkrétní rodiny a na možnostech jejího rozpočtu. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny jednotlivé způsoby, jak je možné financovat nemovitost. Aplikační část představuje rodinu a její rozpočet. This bachelor´s thesis follows up an area of financing own family housing and this is a sample of a model family and its budget and financial possibilities. The theoretical part explains particular methods of financing the real estates. The application part introduces the family and its budget.
