Tématem bakalářské práce jsou „Náklady při založení podniku v ČR a v zemi v rámci EU“. Hlavním cílem je analýza vstupních nákladů na založení společnosti s ručením omezeným a vyhodnocení, zda jsou nižší v České republice nebo v Maďarsku. This thesis deals with the costs of establishing a business in the Czech Republic and country in the EU. The main objective is to analyze the input costs of establishing a limited liability company, and evaluate if these are lower in the Czech Republic or Hungary.
