Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na občanskoprávní problematiku smluvního zastoupení a příkazní smlouvy. V této diplmové práci je rozebrán vztah zastoupení na základě plné moci a příkazní smlouvy. This diploma work deals with contractual representation and contract of mandate. It is concentrated on relation between contractual representation and contract of mandate.
