Abstract:
První část diplomové práce obsahuje charakteristiku firmy, popis forem podnikání, dále podnikání fyzické a právnické osoby, vlastnosti jednotlivých obchodních společností a další formy podnikání. Analytická část je zaměřena na zjištění a porovnání daňového zatížení fyzické a právnické osoby.
Abstract:
First part contains characteristics of the firm, descriptions forms of enterprise, individual and legal entity, characteristics of various companies and another forms of enterprise. Analytic part contains findings and comparasion of tax burden the individual and the legal entity.
