Health related Fittnes of Primary School Children

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřená na výzkumu zdravotně orientované zdatnosti žáků na 1. stupni ZŠ. Teoretická část se věnuje popisu tělesné zdatnosti, výkonově orientované tělesné zdatnosti, zdravotně orientované zdatnosti a mladšího školního věku vzhledem ke zdatnosti. V praktické části jsou popsány cíle, metody použité při sběru dat, testová baterie UNIFITTEST (6-60), hodnocení a výsledky. Cílem práce je zjistit, na jaké úrovni zdatnosti jsou žáci 4. a 5. ročníku ZŠ a porovnat výsledky pravidelně sportujících dětí a dětí, které pravidelně nikdy nesportovaly.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis focuses on the research of health-oriented fitness of primary school pupils. The theoretical part pays attention to the description of physical fitness, performance-oriented physical fitness, health-oriented fitness, as well as the description of young school-age in terms of physical ability. There are aims, methods used for the data collection, test battery UNIFITTEST (6-60), evaluation, and results described in the practical part. The aim of this thesis is to determine the level of fitness the 4th and 5th grade primary school pupils are at, and compare the results of children that are physically active on a regular basis with those who have never done sports regularly.
