Business environment of an autonomous region Asturias and its business relations witch Czech republic

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá podnikatelským prostředím španělské autonomní oblasti Asturias a její obchodní vztahy s Českou republikou. K tomuto účelu je v práci použita analýza PEST, která zkoumá politické, ekonomické, sociální a technologické prostředí. Práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních kapitol. Zatímco první kapitola se zaměřuje na obecnou charakteristiku regionu Asturias, v druhé kapitole je provedena analýza PEST a její pomocí zhodnoceny slabé a silné stránky regionu Asturias. Hlavním cílem práce je představit podnikatelské prostředí regionu a zhodnotit, zda-li je atraktivní pro zahraniční investory, popř. v jakých oborech by jejich investice mohly uspět.

Abstract:

This thesis focuses on a business environment of an autonomous Spanish region, Asturias, and its business relations with Czech Republic. For this purpose, PEST analysis is used. It evaluates political, economical, social and technological environments. The thesis is divided into two chapters. The first chapter factually describes the region. The second chapter implements the PEST analysis and evaluates the strengths and weaknesses of the Asturias region. The main objective of this thesis is to introduce the business environment of the region and to evaluate whether or not it is an attractive territory for foreign investors in which they could succeed in this field.
