Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou amnestie a milosti v ústavním právu. Je objasněno postavení prezidenta v ústavním systému a jeho pravomoci v oblasti milostí. V práci je porovnávána historická úprava se současnou s důrazem na problematická ustanovení, u nichž je navržena změna. Prostor je věnován jednotlivým druhům milostí a amnestii a jejich následkům. The diploma thesis addresses issues of amnesty and pardon in terms of constitutional law. There is clarification of presidential position and his powers within the constitutional system. The comparison between current and antecedent legislation results in seeking flaws, for which are suggested improvements.
