Cieľom bakalárskej práce je analyzovať výkonnosť zvoleného sklárskeho podniku. Súčasťou tejto analýzy bude porovnanie s odvetvovými dátami a odporúčania pre vedenie podniku na zlepšenie jeho aktuálnej výkonnosti.
