Práce je zaměřena na analýzu personálních prací ve společnosti AMAX, s.r.o. a zároveň popisuje správnost personálních postupů v podniku. The work is focused on the analysis of personnel work at AMAX, and also describes the accuracy of HR practices in the company. In the first, theoretical part of the thesis according to the literature described personnel practices and procedures of HR practices that are applied directly to the analytical part of the model society and added their own opinion of the author.
