The Widowhood and its Impact on Social Relations

Abstract:

Práce nazvaná ?Vdovství a jeho dopad na sociální vztahy? se zabývá problematikou sociálních vztahů seniorů, kterým zemřel manžel či manželka a je strukturována do dvou částí. V teoretické části práce jsem definovala základní pojmy spadající do tématu této bakalářské práce. Ty by měly přispět k uvedení do problematiky a seznámení se s nejrůznějšími názory a poznatky, jedná se o pojmy smrt (úmrtí), vdovství, truchlení, zármutek, adaptace a autonomie. V praktické části bakalářské práce jsem analyzovala současný stav porozumění situaci ovdovělých seniorů a zaměřila jsem se na to, jak vypadají a jaký mají význam sociální vztahy po ztrátě životního partnera ve stáří pro pozůstalé.

Abstract:

The work, entitled ?The Widowhood and its Impact to Social Relations? deals with social relations of seniors, whose husband or wife died and is divided into two main parts. In the first part - theoretical section there are definitions of basic concepts corresponding the theme of this bachelor´s thesis. This should help the representation and introduction of this issue, there are topics like death, widowhood, bereavement, grief, adaptation and autonomy. In the practical part of this bachelor´s thesis I analyzed the current state of understanding the situation of widowed and how the social relations look like and its importance for widowed after losing their life partner.
