Environmental aspects of smart village

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá konceptem chytrého venkova a jeho environmentálními dopady. V rámci literární rešerše byla zpracována problematika českého venkova, přesněji jeho vymezení, vývoj a současné problémy. Dále byl popsán koncept Chytrého venkova a jeho klíčové oblasti s dopady na životní prostředí. Praktická část se zabývá jednak analýzou tohoto konceptu na evropské a národní úrovni, dále srovnáním dvou modelu chytrého venkova v českém prostředí a také návrhem „chytrého“ řešení pro vybranou obec. V práci byla použita metoda analýzy, terénního šetření, komparace a SWOT analýzy. Dále byly provedeny polostandardizované rozhovory se starosty vybraných obcí. Z výsledku vyplývá, že koncept je aplikovatelný na český venkov. Nicméně existují překážky v oblasti energetiky se zapojením výrobce komunitní energie do distribuční sítě, administrativní náročnost a nedostatečná státní podpora. Implementace principu tohoto konceptu může přispět k řešení současných problémů venkova, a to s pozitivním vlivem nejen pro životní prostředí.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the concept of smart village and its environmental impacts. The literary research deals with the issues of the Czech rural area, more precisely its definition, development and current problems. Furthermore, the concept of Smart village and its key areas with environmental impacts were described. The practical part deals with both the analysis of this concept at the European and national level, the comparison of two models of smart rural area in the Czech environment and the proposal of a "smart" solution for a selected municipality. The method of analysis, field research, comparison and SWOT analysis was used in the work. Furthermore, semistandardized interviews were conducted with the mayors of selected municipalities. The result shows that the concept is applicable to the Czech rural areas. However, there are obstacles in the field of energy with the involvement of a community energy producer in the distribution network, administrative demands and insufficient state support. The implementation of the principle of this concept can contribute to solving the current problems of the rural area, with a positive impact not only on the environment.
