Abstract:

MACKOVČIN, Marek: Legal forms of business and their effectiveness. [Bachelor thesis]. The College of Banking in Prague, Foreign high school Banská Bystrica. Department of finance and banking. Supervisor: Prof. Ing. Anna Šatanová, Csc. Year of defense: 2015. Number of pages: 56 The bachelor thesis deals further with writing legal forms of business, their application in the selectedd region with regard to thier effectiveness. If focuses on the basic concepts defining business, entrepreneurship and forms an emphasis on economic benefits and profit analyzes the selected region and offers support business propossal to create a more adequate environment for their successful operation. In the first chapter we describe personal companies, their management, the advantages and disadvantages and capital companies. We define the issue of legal forms of business and their application in the market. We categorize subjects doing businees in the form of a legal person. The second chapter deals with the analysis of enterpreneurship in the Prešov region in the years 2012 – 2014. It determines the essence of businesses and flourishing business in the region, its pros and cons. Discusses solutions to difficulties in doing business in the region and provides a draft application legal form of the company in the selected region. It describes and analyzes the growth respectively. Disposals of businesses in different towns of the region, which also completes this chapter. The third, practical chapter concerns the proposal to support small and medium enterprises and opportunities to create a more suitable environment for their operation. It solves the difficulties of doing business in the region of the individual proposals leading to enhanced business, but also mentions the main barriers to business, law enforcement and contribution burden on businesses

Vedúci práce: Prof. Ing. Anna Šatanová, Csc. Rok obhajoby: 2015. Počet strán:56 Bakalárska práca sa bližšie zaoberá popísaním právnych foriem podnikania, ich uplatnením vo vybranom regióne so zreteľom na ich efektívnosť. Zameriava sa na základné termíny charakterizuje podnik, podnikanie a jeho formy dôrazom na ekonomický prínos a zisk, analyzuje vybraný región a ponúka návrh podpory podnikateľov na vytvorenie adekvátnejšieho prostredia pre ich úspešnejšie pôsobenie. V prvej kapitole sa venujeme priblíženiu osobných obchodných spoločností, ich riadeniu kladom a záporom a kapitálovým obchodným spoločnostiam. Definujeme problematiku právnych foriem podnikania a ich uplatnenia na trhu. Poskytneme rozdelenie subjektov podnikajúcich formou právnickej osoby. Druhá kapitola sa zaoberá analýzou živnostenského podnikania v Prešovskom regióne v rokoch 2012 - 2014. Determinuje podstatu podnikov a prosperovania podnikania v regióne, jeho klady a zápory. Rozoberá riešenia ťažkostí pri podnikaní v regióne a poskytuje aj návrh aplikácie vybraných právnych foriem podnikania vo vybranom regióne. Popisuje a analyzuje nárast resp. pokles podnikateľských subjektov v jednotlivých mestách regiónu , ktorou sa aj završuje táto kapitola. Tretia, praktická kapitola, sa týka návrhu podpory malých a stredných podnikateľov a možností na vytváranie vhodnejšieho prostredia pre ich pôsobenie. Rieši ťažkosti pri podnikaní v regióne jednotlivými návrhmi vedúcimi k zlepšeniu podnikania. Rozoberá nielen podporu podnikania, ale spomína aj hlavné bariéry podnikania, vymožiteľnosť práva a odvodovú zaťaženosť podnikateľov.
