An Inventory Management System Analysis of a Specific Company
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu procesu systému řízení zásob ve společnosti PRAMOS, a.s. a následně na návrh opatření na jeho zlepšení tak, aby pomohl vedoucímu zásobování k efektivnějšímu splnění předem naplánovaných skutečností, zadaných vlastníky společnosti. Bakalářská práce je součástí řešení výzkumného projektu AKADEMIE STING IGA_AS_01_05 „Controlling v řízení lidských zdrojů“.
Abstract:
The bachelor work is focused on the analysis of the inventory management system of PRAMOS, a.s. and subsequently to design improvements to help the supply manager to more efficiently meet the pre-planned facts commissioned by the company's owners. The bachelor work is a part of research project analysis of the STING ACADEMY named IGA_AS_01_05 „Human Resources Controlling“.
