Architectural design of the restaurant, type of construction wooden building

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem restauračního zařízení na konkrétní parcele v blízkosti vodní nádrže Lipno. V úvodní části jsou popsány již realizované objekty restauračních zařízení na bázi dřeva. Na základě získaných poznatků je zpracován architektonický návrh, dispoziční a technické řešení včetně uvedení konstrukčních zásad a požadavků na stavbu. Navržená konstrukce a materiály jsou detailně popsány a zhodnoceny, pro obálku budovy je provedeno tepelně technické posouzení. Pro případ realizace je zpracována projektová a výrobní dokumentace. Za účelem stanovení nákladů na výstavbu restaurace je vypracován rozpočet.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the design of a restaurant facility for a particular plat near the Lipno water reservoir. In the introductory part there are described already realized wood-based restaurants. Based on the findings there is drawn architectural design, layout and technical solutions including the design principles and requirements for the building. The proposed design and materials are described and evaluated in detail, a thermal engineering assessment is performed for an outer shell of the building. For case of realization there is developed a design and production documentation. In order to determine the construction costs, a budget is drawn up.
