Abstract:

Tématem diplomové práce je "Vliv fenylketonurie na kvalitu života nemocného jedince". Cílem práce bylo zjistit, jaký vliv má toto onemocnění na nemocného jedince, na jeho život a na jeho blízké okolí. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na čtyři kapitoly. V prvních třech kapitolách jsme se soustředili na poskytnutí základních informací o fenylketonurii. Čtvrtá kapitola se zabývá výzkumem. První kapitola se zaměřuje na základní charakteristiku a etiologii tohoto onemocní, na to, jak toto onemocnění vzniká, jaká je jeho historie, vznik, projevy a příznaky. Druhá kapitola charakterizuje způsoby diagnostiky onemocnění a možnosti jak léčby, tak i pomoci, které nabízejí speciální centra, sdružení a organizace, zabývající se fenylketonurií a jinými dědičnými metabolickými poruchami. Třetí kapitola se věnuje životu jedince s fenylketonurií v odlišných životních etapách a jejich kvalitě života. Čtvrtá výzkumná kapitola obsahuje výzkumné šetření. Nejprve jsou zde popsány cíle, metodologie a charakteristika výzkumného souboru. Dále jsou uvedeny zpracované kazuistiky od pěti nemocných jedinců. Jsou zde shrnuty výsledky výzkumného šetření a uvedeny doporučení pro praxi, které vyplynuly z tohoto šetření.

Abstract:

The topic of this thesis is "The impact of phenylketonuria on the quality of life of ill individual". The aim of the study was to determine the effect the disease has on the individual patient, his life and his surroundings. The thesis is divided into four chapters. In the first three chapters, we have focused on providing basic information about phenylketonuria. The fourth chapter deals with the research. The first chapter focuses on the basic characteristics and etiology of this sick, how the disease arises, what is its history, origin, symptoms and signs. The second chapter describes methods of disease diagnosis and options for treatment and help they offer special centers, associations and organizations dealing with phenylketonuria and other inherited metabolic disorders. The third chapter deals with the life of people with phenylketonuria in different stages of life and their quality of life. The fourth chapter contains research research. First, it describes the objectives, methodology and characteristics of the research sample. The following are case histories of five treated diseased individuals. It summarizes the results of the research and the practice recommendations that emerged from this investigation.
