Bakalářská práce na téma "vyvlastnění a ochrana základních práv" řeší nejdříve vymezení pojmu vyvlastnění, jeho současnou úpravu, podmínky přípustnosti vyvlastnění mezi kterými je veřejný zájem, náhrada za vyvlastnění a zákonná opora. This thesis on topic "expropriation and protection of fundamental rights" deals with definition of expropriation, the current legal form, conditions of admissibility of expropriation among which is the public interest, compensation for expropriation and legal support.
