Specifika v řízení (managementu) vybraných sportovních klubů

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá specifiky v řízení vybraných sportovních klubů. Cílem bylo provést komplexní analýzu organizačních a řídicích rámců vybraných sportovních klubů za účelem vymezení jejich strukturální, funkční a vztahové dynamiky, včetně stanovení optimální výše odměňování sportovních manažerů. Výsledky byly zpracovány s využitím metody deskriptivní analýzy, analýzy sportovního odvětví a regresní analýzy a byl popsán aktuální stav sportovního odvětví a jednotlivých sportovních klubů. Regresní analýza charakterizovala vývoj financování sportovního odvětví v České republice. Na základě výsledků byla zjištěna strukturální, funkční a vztahová dynamika a systém odměňování ve sportovním odvětví a prostřednictvím regresní analýzy predikováno financování do roku 2027. Z identifikace specifik v řízení sportu vyplývá potřeba implementace inovativních metod managementu, zahrnující manažerské role, strategické plánování, vyhodnocování výsledků, řízení finančních toků, analýzu výkonu hráčů a herní analýz a v neposlední řadě vazby sportovního klubu na okresní, krajské a celostátní orgány z hlediska finanční stability klubu. Z hlediska odměňování vedoucích pracovníků kluby nejvíce využívají kombinaci fixní a variabilní složky a systém odměňování je vysoce diverzifikovaný dle úrovně, na které sportovní kluby nastupují.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the specifics in the management of selected sports clubs. The aim was to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the organizational and management frameworks of selected sports clubs in order to define their structural, functional and relational dynamics, including the determination of the optimal level of remuneration of sports managers. The results were developed using descriptive analysis, sport industry analysis and regression analysis methods and the current state of the sport industry and individual sports clubs was described. The regression analysis characterized the development of the financing of the sports sector in the Czech Republic. Based on the results, the structural, functional and relational dynamics and the reward system in the sports sector were identified and through the regression analysis, the funding up to 2027 was predicted. The identification of the specifics in sports management implies the need for the implementation of innovative management methods, including managerial roles, strategic planning, performance evaluation, cash flow management, player performance and game analysis and last but not least the links of the sports club to district, regional and national authorities in terms of the financial stability of the club. In terms of executive remuneration, clubs mostly use a combination of fixed and variable components and the remuneration system is highly diversified according to the level at which the sports clubs operate.
