Abstract:
Společné oddlužení manželů je jedním ze způsobů řešení úpadku dle insolvenčního zákona, a zároveň prozatím jediným obecně uznávaným způsobem kolektivního řešení úpadku. Na rozdíl od ostatních individuálních řízení tkví jeho výjimečnost v tom, že na straně dlužníka vystupují dva subjekty – manželé. Abstract:
Common debt forgiveness of spouses is one of ways of resolving insolvency in accordance with the Insolvency Act, and so far the only widely recognized method of collective resolving of insolvency. Unlike other individual proceedings its uniqueness lies in the fact that there is two debtors – spouses.
