Personality psychology in the services

Abstract:

The main aim of the bachelor´s thesis is to find out, with which type of resources can employer stabilize employees in their positions and suggest right arrangements. I will be using analytic and describing approach. The theoretical part will characterize personality with focusing on psychological aspects of influence in the services. Based on psychological aspects, observation and questionnaire, we are going to find out, how can we motivate and eventually ensure satisfaction for all employees. The analytical part is going to focus on answers from questionnaire and influence of these aspects on personality and behavior. Then will be proposition part with some advices and conclusions. I am gonna give advices, conclusions and ideas for elimination of fluctuation in employees in the field of service. All the data and information I have had are from domestic (czech and slovak) and foreign literature. To sum up the final findings, with the right setting of benefits and cosily working environment, the employer can stabilise employees in their positions.

Abstract:

Hlavným cieľom tejto bakalárskej práce je na základe analýzy zistiť, akými prostriedkami môže zamestnávateľ stabilizovať zamestnancov vo svojich pozíciách a navrhnúť k tomu opatrenia. V teoretickej časti budem charakterizovať osobnosť a vysvetlím jednotlivé pojmy so zameraním na psychologické aspekty pôsobenia v službách. Na základe psychologických aspektov, pozorovania a dotazovania som zistila ako vieme motivovať, prípadne zabezpečiť spokojných zamestnancov. V analytickej časti sa budem venovať vplyvu týchto aspektov na správanie osobnosti. Nasledovať bude návrhová časť v ktorej poskytnem radu návrhov, riešení a nápadov ako by sme vedeli eliminovať fluktuáciu zamestnancov v sektore služieb a záver. Všetky dáta a informácie som čerpala prostredníctvom domácej(českej a slovenskej) a zahraničnej literatúry. Výsledkom práce je zistenie, že správnym nastavením benefitov a príjemného pracovného prostredia môže zamestnávateľ stabilizovať zamestnancov vo svojich pozíciách.
