Abstract:
Předmětem této práce jsou odklony v trestním řízení. V jejím úvodu je obecněji zachycen společenský jev zločinu a vypořádávání se se zločinem. Jednotlivé druhy odklonů jsou prezentovány v historickém kontextu, následuje popis a hodnocení účinné právní úpravy, sledovány jsou společné i specifické atributy účelu a funkce jednotlivých druhů odklonů a specifika vybraných zahraničních právních úprav. The subject of this work is diversions of criminal proceedings. The introduction is concerned with the social phenomenon of crime and the ways of handling it. Individual types of diversions are presented in historical contexts, followed by a description and assessment of the effective legal regulation.
