Cílem této diplomové práce je za použití dotazníku "Hodnocení učitele žákem" určit, jaké vlastnosti charakterizují úspěšného učitele a jak se tato charakteristika za posledních dvacet let změnila. The aim of this theses is determinate what characteristics has successful teacher and how these characteristics has changed over the last twenty years. The author uses the questionnaire "The evaluation of the teacher". In order to asses which teacher is successful are used "the standards of successful teacher".
