Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce si klade za cíl předložit ucelený pohled na problematiku pravomocí prezidenta ČR. Po krátkém představení pojmu prezident a shrnutí historie prezidentských pravomocí následuje vymezení postavení prezidenta v ČR. V hlavní části se pak práce věnuje rozboru jednotlivých pravomocí české hlavy státu, a to se zaměřením zejména na jmenování a odvolávání do či z různých funkcí. V závěru …more
