Financování majetku podniku pomocí úvěru od úvěrových společností

Abstract:

Předmětem a cílem této bakalářské práce je porovnat vybrané druhy úvěrů od úvěrových společností působících na českém nebankovním trhu a vybrat tu nejvhodnější variantu pro financování výrobního stroje, který plánuje firma BTC GROUP a.s. zakoupit. Jde o soustruh VDA Böhringer 250. V práci je porovnáváno pět zvolených úvěrů pro podnikatelské subjekty od pěti nebankovních společností. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny charakteristiky majetkové a kapitálové struktury podniku a charakteristika úvěru. V aplikační části jsou popsány jednotlivé společnosti a jejich produkty. U každé společnosti jsou sestaveny umořovací plány a vypočítané peněžní výdaje, které jsou následně přepočítány pomocí diskontu na jejich současnou hodnotu. Výběr té nejvhodnější varianty spočívá v porovnání celkových výdajů, které s sebou jednotlivé úvěry nesou. Nejvhodnější varianta pro firmu je ta, u které jsou nejnižší diskontované peněžní výdaje. V závěru aplikační části jsou tyto výsledky porovnány a následně je vybrána ta společnost pro financování majetku, která bude nejvýhodnější.

Abstract:

The subject and objective of this Bachelor Work are to compare selected types of loans from credit institutions which are operating in the Czech non-bank market and to choose the most suited option for financing of a production machine which BTG GROUP ltd. is planning to purchase. That is the lathe VDSA Böhringer 250. In the Work I compare five selected loans for businesses from five non-banking institutions. In the theoretical part the characteristics of the assets and capital structure of the company and the loan characteristic are shown. In the application part each credit institution and its products are described. For each institution the redemption plans are compiled and cash expenses are assembled. The cash expenses are recalculated using discounting to their present value. The choice of the most suited option for the firm consists in the comparison of total expenses which each individual loan bears. The most suited option for the firm is that one where the lowest discounted cash outflows are. In conclusion of the application part the results of the findings are compared and subsequently the most suited credit institution for financing assets is chosen.
