Supply logistics and the criteria for the evaluation of the supplier in the engineering company

Abstract:

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je popis zásobovací logistiky a kritérií hodnocení dodavatele ve firmě NATE ? nápojová technika a.s. V práci jsou nejprve definovány základní pojmy z oblasti logistické činnosti v podniku a zásobovací logistiky, dále jsou popsány druhy zásob, systémy plánování materiálových požadavků výroby a manipulace s materiálem. V praktické části se práce zaměřuje na analýzu zásobovací logistiky společnosti spolu s analýzou kritérií hodnocení dodavatele. Na základě zjištěných skutečností jsou navrženy opatření a doporučení pro podnik.

Abstract:

The theme of the thesis is to describe the supply logistics and the criteria for the evaluation of the supplier in the company NATE ? nápojová technika a.s. At first there are defined the basic terms of company logistics and supply logistics, furthermore there are described kinds of supplies, systems of planning the production´s material demands and the manipulation with the material. The practical part of the thesis is focused on the analysis of company´s supply logistics and the analysis of the criteria for the evaluation of the supplier. Last there are suggested measures and recommendations for the company based on the found facts.
