Práce je zaměřena na možnosti zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením a na vznik chráněné dílny v regionu Teplice. Teoretická část bakalářské práce informuje o použitých normách a legislativě. Na základě informací z ÚP Teplice mapuje regionální trh chráněných dílen a pracovišť. Zaměřuje se na výběr pracovníků a na jejich motivaci k práci na těchto pracovištích.
