Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá moderním progresivním stylem řízení nákladů Activity Based Costig (ABC) a jejím aplikováním ve firmě Witzenmann Opava, s.r.o. Klasická kal-kulace totiž v současnosti nedostačuje a má množství nevýhod a nedostatků. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na přehled o informačních zdrojích o nákladech, kalkulacích a také je orientována na moderní modely řízení nákladů spolu s určením jejich výhod i nedo-statků vůči klasickým kalkulacím. Praktická část práce analyzuje řízení nákladů ve sledovaném podniku v současné době. Je zde představena firma a její finanční výsledky a následuje analýza nákladů a kalkulací v podniku. Projekt je zaměřen na aplikaci modelu ABC u vybraných výrobků a následně je uvedena ziskovost určených nákladových objektů.

Abstract:

This master thesis discusses modern progressive style of cost management - Activity Based Costing (ABC) and its appliction in company Witzenmann Opava, s.r.o. Classical calcu-lation is currently insufficient and has a number of disadvantages and shortcomings. Theoretical part focuses on an overview of sources of information on costs and calculations and is focused on advanced cost management models and the identification of their advantages and shortcomings compared to the classical calculations. Practical part analyzes cost management in the reference at the current time. It also presents the company and its financial results, followed by analysis and calculations of costs in the company. The project focuses on the application of the ABC model for selected products, and consequently the profitability of listed buildings for the cost.
