Bakalářská práce přináší poznatky o vlivu účasti v zaměstnaneckých akciových opčních plánech na vybrané postoje zahrnutých pracovníků. Data analyzovaná v rámci praktické části byla získaná dotazníkovým šetřením provedeným na vzorku zaměstnanců ESOP společnosti. The bachelor thesis provides findings about the influence that participation in employee stock option plans has on selected attitudinal variables of the included workers. The analyzed data was obtained through a questionnaire survey conducted on a sample of employees in an ESOP company.
