Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na sociální vztahy mezi ženami ve sportovní skupině. Je rozdělena na dvě části teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na popsání skutečnosti, co je to vztah a jakým způsobem se sociální vztahy utvářejí ve skupině. Dále vysvětluje, jak vzniká sociální role, pozice a popularita členů ve skupině. Charakterizuje, co je to sociální skupina i s popisem významu sociální skupiny ve sportu. Teoretická část dále popisuje, jak působí výkonová motivace jedince. Definuje skupinovou kohezi, a jaké faktory jí ovlivňují. Taktéž teoretická část popisuje období adolescence a dospělosti. Zaměřuje se na gender a osobnost, jelikož skupina je tvořena z žen a dívek. Teoretická část specifikuje, co je to volný čas. Praktická část se zaměřuje na prvotní interakci vztahů mezi členy sportovní skupiny žen oddílu florbalu. Také na to, jak se vztahy dále transformují a jak na základě této transformace vznikají sociální role, pozice a popularita členů sportovní skupiny žen. Dále se zaměřuje na skupinovou motivaci a kohezi. V praktické části je popsaná výzkumná metoda dotazník a porovnávací výzkumná metoda sociometrie v pedagogickém výzkumu.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the social relationships between women in the sports group. It is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part focuses on describing the facts, what the term "relationship" means, and how social relationships in a group are formed. Furthermore, it explains the rise of the social role, position, and popularity of the members in the group. It also defines what the term "social group" means, as well as describing the importance of social groups in sport. The theoretical part further describes what factors that can influence an individual's motivation of power and how it can effect group cohesion overall. The theoretical part describes the period of adolescence and the period of adulthood separately. It focuses on the gender and personality of groups that are formed with both women and girls. Last but not least, the theoretical part specifies what the term "free time" means. The practical part focuses on the initial interaction of relations between members of the sports group of the women's section of floorball, how these relationships can transform and how, on the basis of this transformation, the social role, position, and popularity of the members of the sports groups of women arise. It also focuses more on group motivation and cohesion. In the practical part, there is described the research method of the questionnaire and the comparison research method of sociometry in educational research.
