Hygienic hands disinfection skill of nursing high school students.

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části, a to teoretickou a empirickou. Před samotným šetřením byla věnována značná pozornost literární rešerši, jež obsahuje pět hlavních kapitol, kde jsou vymezeny základní pojmy a jejich deskripce, historie hygieny a samotné hygienické dezinfekce rukou, podstata hygienické dezinfekce rukou, využití a hlavní přínosy hygienické dezinfekce rukou. Dále pak zahrnuje informace o Střední zdravotnické škole a studentech v oboru praktická sestra. Druhá, empirická část byla zaměřena na metodiku práce dotazníkové šetření, pozorování a vyhodnocení tohoto pozorování, které vedly k naplnění cíle této práce. Hlavním cílem bylo zjistit dovednost studentů Střední zdravotnické školy v hygienické dezinfekci rukou. K dosažení hlavního cíle praktické části byly stanoveny tři dílčí cíle. Za prvé zjistit, zda mají studenti povědomí a praxi v hygienické dezinfekci rukou a kde a jak jej získali. Za druhé zjistit, zda dovedou přesně postupovat v hygienické dezinfekci rukou dle směrnice Světové zdravotnické organizace a za třetí zmapovat efektivitu po provedení hygienické dezinfekce rukou za pomocí fluorescenční látky a ultrafialové lampy.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis is divided into two main parts, theoretical and empirical. Prior to the investigation itself, considerable attention was paid to the literature search, which contains five main chapters where basic terms and their descriptions are defined, the history of hygiene and hygienic hand disinfection itself, the essence of hygienic hand disinfection, the application and main benefits of hygienic hand disinfection. It also includes information about the Secondary Medical School and students in the field of practical nursing. The second, empirical part was focused on the methodology of the questionnaire investigation, observation and evaluation of this observation, which led to the fulfilment of the goal of this work. The main goal was to find out the skills of students of the Secondary Medical School in hygienic hand disinfection. To achieve the main goal of the practical part, three subgoals were set. First, to find out if students have awareness and practice in hygienic hand disinfection and where and how they acquired it. Secondly, to find out if they can accurately proceed with hygienic hand disinfection according to the guidelines of the World Health Organization and thirdly, to map the effectiveness after carrying out hygienic hand disinfection using a fluorescent substance and an ultraviolet lamp.
