The Legal Guarantee of Public Administration
Abstract:
V mojí bakalářské práci se zabývám organizacím veřejné správy, popisu jednotlivých právních záruk a dále problematice právních záruk se zaměřením na ochranu proti zásahům, které nejsou rozhodnutím.
Abstract:
My bachelor thesis deals with organization in public administration, description of individual legal guarantees in public administration and further issue of legal guarantees with focusing on protection against interferences, which are not decisions.
