Abstract:
Práce se zabývá životem hraběte Leopolda II. Berchtolda (1863-1942), jehož politické působení ovlivnilo především dějiny počínajícího 20. století. Cílem mé práce je přiblížit jeho životní a politické osudy skrze analýzu vybraných deníků, příslušné literatury a dobového tisku, a pokusit se tak vytvořit ucelený obraz o jeho životě šlechtice či politika na sklonku monarchie.
Abstract:
The final thesis deals with the life of Leopold II. Berchtold (1863-1942), whose political influence was important for the history of the 20th century. The aim of my work is to approach his family and political destinies through the analysis of diaries of family members, relevant literature and periodicals, and try to create a comprehensive picture of his life as an aristocrat and a diplomat at the …more
