Abstract:
Práce se zaměřuje na optimalizaci jednotlivých logistických kroků ve výrobní firmě v oblasti gumárenského průmyslu. Vyhledáním a odstraněním dopadů ztrát v současných logistických procesech s cílem zlepšit interní komunikaci a pohyb materiálu. V první teoretické části přibližuje procesy podnikové logistiky.
