Comparison of football position from the view of loading intensity

Abstract:

Hlavním výstupem této práce je charakteristika jednotlivých postů z hlediska intenzity zatížení. Také práce může posloužit k tvorbě tréninkových programů pro fotbalisty. Tato bakalářská práce má za úkol analyzovat a zjistit rozdílnost jednotlivých postů ve fotbalovém týmu z hlediska intenzity zatížení. Měření bylo prováděno na hráčích profesionálního klubu hrajícího nejvyšší soutěž v ČR. Tyto výsledky měření poté byly srovnávány s výsledky nejvyšší anglické soutěži Premiere League. Cílem mé bakalářské práce je zjistit rozdílnost jednotlivých postů ve fotbalovém týmu z hlediska intenzity zatížení. Druhým cílem je srovnání výsledků měření profesionálního klubu hrajícího nejvyšší soutěž v ČR s výsledky hráčů v nejvyšší anglické soutěži Premiere League. K měření bylo využito: GPS vesty - značky Catapult, hodinky - sportester Polar, laserových fotobuněk a dalších výzkumných metod. Výsledkem práce je několik bodů, kterými jsme se zabývali (naše výsledky a mezinárodní studie se shodovaly).Výsledky testování , které jsme zjistili na základě jednotlivých postů: Krajní záložníci naběhají v běhu o vysoké intenzitě větší objem než střední záložníci (v rychlostních zónach 19,8 - 25,2 km/h nám ukazuje významný rozdíl pro krajní záložníky). Nejsme schopni vyvinout maximální rychlost při běhu na 30. metrů. Při utkání byla rychlost v průměru navýšena o 1,49 km/h. Při přesnému měření VO2max musíme využít laboratorní testy. Při terénních testech jsme došli k jistým neshodám - efekt velikosti vlivu byl střední pouze na postu středních záložníků (SZ) a krajních záložníků (KZ). U ostatních postů byl efekt vlivu významný. Nejvyšší průměrnou tepovou frekvenci během fotbalových utkání mívají hráči hrající na postu střední záložník (SZ). Dané je to těžištěm hry, jelikož se nachází neustále v centru pole a musí být neustále v aktivním postavení.

Abstract:

The main output of this work is the characteristics of individual posts in terms of load intensity. The work can also be used to create training programs for footballers. The goal of the bachelor thesis is to analyze and find the difference between the positions in the soccer team from the intensity point of view. The subject of the measures were profesional football players playing the first league in the Czech Republic. These results were compared with the results of the Premier league in the England. The following were used for the measurements: GPS vest - Catapult brand, watches - Polar sportester, laser photocell etc. As the result of our work there were a few points that we were interested in The results of the tests: Wingers are able to run in high intensity more often than the centre midfielders (in speed zones 19.8 - 25.2 km/h shows us a significant difference for wingers). We are not able to develop maximum speed when running 30 meters. During the match, the speed was increased by an average of 1.49 km/h. We have to use laboratory tests when we measuring VO2max. There are some disagreements during field tests - the effect size effect was medium only at the position of central midfielders (CM) and wingers(RW+LW). For the other posts, the effect size was significant. Central midfielder(CM) has the highest average heart rate during football matches. So the central midfielders have to be in the centre of the field (in the centre of gravity of the game) and have to be active all the time. The data of centre backs in the Czech Republic and centre backs in the Premiere league are different. The big difference in the measured data was in the speed zone 19.8 - 25.2 km/h, where players from Premier League ran on average 138 metres more. We offer you data by individual posts.
