Bankruptcy proceedings of H-SYSTEM a.s.
Abstract:
Práce mapuje vývoj konkursu firmy H-SYSTEM a.s. od jeho počátku až do současnosti. Prověřuje, zda konkurs H-SYSTEM nebyl negativně ovlivněn nedokonalou právní úpravou a analyzuje, jak se právní úprava v této oblasti měnila a zda jsou současné zákony nastaveny tak, aby už k podobné kauze jako H-SYSTEM znovu nedošlo.
Abstract:
The work surveys the development of the bankruptcy procedure of the company HSYSTEM Inc. from its inception to the present. It examines whether the bankruptcy of HSYSTEM has not been negatively affected by imperfect legislation and analyzes how the legislation in this area has changed and whether current laws are set so that a similar case as H-SYSTEM does not occur again.
