Abstract:
Práce se zabývá problematikou získávání nových pracovníků. V teoretické části popíši pracovní poměr od jeho započetí až po jeho skončení. V praktické části představím procesy přijímání pracovníků ve vybrané společnosti TRIAS CZ s.r.o. na různé pozice. V závěru zhodnotím poznatky z teorie a praxe.
Abstract:
The work deals with problems acquisition of working forces. In the theoretical part I describe employment relationship from its beginning until the end. In practical part I introduce processes of recruitment of new workers in company Trias CZ s.r.o.. Finally I will evaluate knowledge of the theory and practice.
