Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou výživy a stravování seniorů. Jelikož je zdravá výživa u seniorů nezbytně nutná, pomáhá udržet seniora ve zdraví a předejít některým nemocem, je důležité se na tuto problematiku zaměřit. This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of nutrition and meals for seniors. Since healthy nutrition is absolutely necessary for the elderly, it helps to keep the elderly healthy and prevent some diseases, it is important to focus on this issue.
