Abstract:
Diplomová práce pojednává o vývoji ochranného odění válečníků a o technologii výroby zbrojí ve 12. až. 14 století. Cílem práce je popsat vývoj zbrojí v rámci daného období, popsat řemesla a technologické postupy při jejich výrobě, a v praxi otestovat odolnost těchto zbrojí. The thesis deals with the development of protective armour of warriors and the technology of production of armour in the 12th up to the 14th century. The aim of this work is to describe the development of armour in a given period, to describe the craft and technological procedures in their manufacture and to test the resilience of these armours in practice.
