Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou vnitřního prostředí cestovní kanceláře Čedok a. s. Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnotit vývoj finanční situace za sedmileté období pomocí vybraných ukazatelů finanční analýzy, dále zhodnotit vnitřní prostředí cestovní kanceláře pomocí vybraných nástrojů: analýzy controllingu, kalkulace zájezdu, matice IFE a situační analýzy uvedení nové destinace do portfolia cestovní …more
Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the internal environment of the travel agency Čedok a.s. The aim of the diploma thesis is to evaluate the development of the financial situation over seven years using selected indicators of financial analysis, controlling, IFE matrix and situation analysis of introducing a new destination into the travel agency's portfolio.
